The International model is like the perfect introduction to Airstream. It’s not the biggest, it’s not the smallest, but it is close enough to the middle to show a little of everything all in one model. Additionally, its name conveys the explorative nature of Airstream. It comes in a few different floor plans, but this page will focus on what makes the International 25FB Twin great.
For those unfamiliar with the nomenclature, the International 25FB Twin is a travel trailer that measures 25 feet long and has beds in the front. Specifically, two twin beds, as per the name. Unlike many other Airstream models, the International uses a rear-oriented entry door instead of a front-oriented one. It rides on two axels and has room for up to six people to sleep inside at once when the lounge seats are converted to sleeping space.
It wouldn’t be an Airstream without appliances to make it feel like home. There’s a 3-burner cooktop with an oven, a microwave, and a 7 cubic foot refrigerator in the kitchen. You also get a furnace with electric ignition and a ducted AC unit with a heat pump and electric controls. The water heater is tankless and the exhaust fan features a rain sensor to help prevent your interior from getting wet.
The International has everything you need to make the trip fun with interior LED lights, a 110V Multi-Stage Power Converter, satellite prewire, USB charging ports, and more. There’s also a flatscreen television mounted opposite the oven where most seats in the lounge can see it.
This trailer is a great fit for couples who want to be able to entertain some family during visits but prefer a twin bed arrangement instead of a queen. The extendable awning makes setting up some outdoor space a breeze as well.
